Consumer Choice

Your career planner will help you explore in-demand, high-wage, high skill occupations. They will also help you evaluate training providers and tuition cost.

If eligible for training services after completing your consultation with your career planner, you may select a program from Nebraska’s Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).

Training funds may not cover the entire cost of training. Your career planner will coordinate to the extent possible with other funding sources.

Career Pathways

The strategic initiatives committee, in partnership with Southeast Community College and employers, has put together career pathways for information technology, agriculture, manufacturing, and health sciences. These pathways include customized training projects.

Career pathways can offer an efficient customer-centered approach to identifying training and education needs. Occupations are categorized into entry-level, mid-career, and advanced. Each path includes an average wage, entry wage, and available training.
