Description

SCSEP is a paid training program that helps individuals 55 and older transition into employment and helps participants gain work experience from non-profits or community service agencies.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)*

Businesses for profit can work with SCSEP by doing on the job experience with the participant to see if that job is a good fit. SCSEP pays this salary for a period and then the business could hire if the participant and employer are a good fit.
