Planned Parenthood

Our participant was the first and so far only participant to complete her internship hours with Planned Parenthood. She set the bar high. She went right into the work site and learned several skills that she will take with her moving forward. She was a shy and soft spoken young lady who bloomed during her internship. She began working in the front office and learned computer skills, organization, and customer service skills. She learned to use her voice and become more confident. She unfortunately was not able to be hired on at the end of her hours but has moved on to get her CNA and continue helping others.
