“Since I started working with Erica everything has gotten so much better! I was not in the best position. I was introduced to Erica through a friend who also went through this program. I met with Erica last summer and I’m so thankful I did because I wouldn’t be where I am now. My dream has always been to become a RN and she and you all are helping me accomplish my goal. I have never been so determined to do anything until now because she is my number one supporter, she is constantly helping and encouraging me and always there when I need help or even for advice.
This program is honestly the best thing to happen to me and my child. I can finally have a career to ensure we are going to be okay. I was homeless at one point in time going couch to couch with my daughter and Erica helped me by pointing me into the right direction on places I can go for help and now I’m in my own apartment I’m working at a very good job just finished my CNA through SCC thanks to you all and working towards my med aid this may if everything is back to normal.
Being on this journey with the help of all of you definitely opened my eyes and made me realize there is more to life and we can accomplish anything as long as we put our minds to it. I can never express how thankful I am for the help and love received from you all. Erica and you all helped me become a better me and I will always and forever be grateful for it.
